SURE BEATS THE PLASTIC ONES I FOUGHT TO GET OFF. THE SET SCREWS WERE PLASTIC OR NYLON AND HAD SHEARED OFF. WELL WE GOT A STRONG WIND AND TORE THE RING MOUNT OUT. SO I HAD TO CHANGE THEM. THESE WERE JUST THE TICKET.PLACED THEM ON AND SET THE SET SCREW, GOOD TO GO. AND YES I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

They work! Need not be more complicated than that but for thebfact so many others do not. In inclement weather I roll the flags onto their poles and put them away. When the sun comes back out, they are place back where they belong, rolled, and they simply unfurl themselves. They work! I may have to hang more flags . . . in the dead of night . . . after my wife has gone to bed.

The roundy-roundy part goes roundy-roundy really easily. This prevents the flag from going all roundy-roundy around the flag pole, as any great roundy-roundy inhibitor should inhibit.

Great! I attached this readily-visible flag onto the back of my handicap scooter for whenever I take it out for a ride along the street & sidewalks on beautiful fall afternoons... this, for fresh air into my aging lungs of 84 years. The flagpole Ring Assembly is an excellent product. It's durability, as judged from having experienced plastic ring assemblies, looks to be very long term. Their strength is unquestionable - any standard flag (mine is 3' x 5'), will be no problem. These devices are attractive and look to not be prone to suffer corrosion. If I had another flag, this is a no-brainer re-purchase.
