I was a bit skeptical about this flagpole, but after a few days of use it has performed very well. At the end of the first day the flag was wrapped around the pole, but not since - hoping it doesn't wrap again. It was easy to assemble the individual threaded pieces without any tools yielding an 8 1/2' pole (long enough to let me mount it low enough for my 5'1" take it down if I'm not home at sunset, but long enough for the flag to fly high enough to not touch mounds of shoveled winter snow below. It's light weight and flexible (important with winds in a mountain valley). Good quality.

First off, let me say that I really like the way that this flag pole looks and functions - the black carbon fiber weave is both attractive and strong! I would definitely buy this again - best one I’ve ever had. Now let me share the rest of the story. We recently had strong storms - either severe straight line winds or perhaps a tornado - opinions differ, but it doesn’t really matter. Only after the storm, as I was assessing damage - one down tree and the upper third broken out of 3 more, did I remember my flag! Unfortunately, the winds were too strong and the pole had broken at the base, just outside of the wall mount. I reached out to these guys to see if I could purchase a couple of replacement sections - the rest of the pole was fine and I wanted a spare section in the unlikely event that this happened again. They were very sympathetic to the situation. They insisted on replacing the entire flag pole at no charge! WOW, I didn’t expect that at all. Bottom line, the flag pole is great but the best part is the company and their commitment to customer service and satisfaction that goes beyond what anyone should normally expect.

I am enjoying my new HIBLE Carbon Fiber Flag Pole. I purchased the 8 ft version as I needed the extra height over my roofline. I chose HIBLE as there were the only one that I could find that offered a Carbon Fiber Flag pole. I needed a stronger alternative to aluminum as it flies at our condo in Florida. The construction is very well engineered and was easy to assemble. The tangle free swivels are the best, as I have had trouble with cheaper versions that constantly tangled the flag. This was a replacement for our 6' flagpole that collapsed in a very heavy rainstorm. This replacement flagpole was made so that our flag which is 3' between the mounting grommets was adjustable.

Have used it for 6 months for a 4x6 flag. Even in high winds this pole is sturdy and has not bent or budged. We used fewer sections but strong if full length.

I require a flag pole that is taller than the standard height to prevent my flag from colliding with my roof gutters. This pole has proven to be an excellent choice. The carbon fiber material has held up remarkably well during a recent strong wind storm. I highly recommend it.

The pole is great went together smoothly. It came with the standard black ball for a topper which is normally fine. I wanted to put a gilded eagle on top and the is not one made for this. I did find one with a hollow base no threads. It fit over the threads for the ball well. I put a bit of electricians tape on the threads just to make a little tighter fit. Mounted my eagle, drilled a pilot hole for the mounting screw and put it all together. Looks good. When I called about finding an Eagle Hible offered to send me a non threaded section to mount an eagle on it. I waited until I had the eagle to see how it fit and did not need another non threaded pole. Over all I am very pleased with the product and more that pleased with the customer service I received from the company. Now if someone made an Eagle topper that would thread on .

If you set the collars with too much tension they won’t be able to rotate and the flag will tangle very easily. I re-adjusted them and gave it plenty of slack, and it has never tangled since. It’s held up just fine so far to the strong Montana winds.

We've owned several flagpoles and have had various problems. The obvious, flag wrapped around the pole. Second; the aluminum poles can't tolerate high winds with our bending and had one break at the connection to the holder.
The strength of this flagpole along with the flagpole attachments with the bearings, are dang near flawless. The only issue was one of the bearing attachments failed and Hible took care of the problem immediately.
Great product with great customer service. Can't beat that.
If your in the market for a flagpole or thinking about getting, look no further this is the one you need.

I love it. It is holding up with the wind we have here in Colorado. The adjustment of the angle of the pole. Straight out or at an angle is nice depending on the flag. . It has a wing nut screws in so the wind does not drop the pole as it wiggles out with the force of the wind. Easy to tighten. My American flag looks great. Easy to change out my collection of flags. You can take out a section to adjust the length of the flag pole by taking a second off the end and storing it in the drawer if you want to change it later. Great buy. Sturdy pole

I’ve spent over 15 years purchasing and replacing flag poles for my home. It wasn’t till recently I researched and discovered this product and although, pricey, upon installation, I’ve been thrilled with it. Assembly is very easy. Pole is rigid. Someday I’ll find a product exactly like this, but with a pole that is one contiguous piece, …but I dream. The look, the assembly, the design of its non-tangle connections to the flag has done it for me.
