How to USE The Protective Sleeve?
1. This rubber sleeve is about 40cm long. Measure the length of your hitch mount first, then cut the sleeve to fit.
2. Put the sleeve on the bottom of the truck flag pole.
3. Heat the whole protective sleeve with a hair dryer or heat gun. Please be careful not to heat or hurt your hands.
4. After about 3 minutes, the sleeve will naturally contract and tighten around the flagpole, forming a protective cushion layer to prevent the pole from being pierced by sharp screws.

【Easy to Assemble】
1. Attach your flag to the top and bottom hook.
2. Adjust the mounting rings to a suitable place to fit your flag (not too loose or tight) and fasten the screw.
3. Insert the flag pole into the bracket after fixing the truck hitch mount.
4. Finish the installation and enjoy the fashion truck flag pole!
Notice：
- Keep the installation direction as shown in the picture.
- Never Stretch the flag too tight. Hang the banner slightly loose, and then the spinners will work.
