【Easy to Assemble】
1. Attach your flag to the top and bottom hook.
2. Adjust the mounting rings at a suitable place to fit your flag (not too loose or tight) and fasten the screw.
3. Insert the flag pole into the bracket after fixing the truck hitch mount.
