This is a great product! It is rated for a speed of 80 MPH when on a truck, but I recommend against pushing the limits. I have driven up to 55 MPH without any issues.

7FT two-piece flag pole (1.25"):

Verne Bunsen: This flagpole arrived quickly and assembled easily. It is plenty stout, I had it up to around 55mph with a 5x3' flag with no issues. The swivel mounts work great, once the spacing was dialed in it moved freely and never tangled.

 

Randy Harris: We purchased this flagpole as a gift for our parents. We installed it at their house. It works Great and looks fantastic! Their flag used to furl up all the time with their old flagpole, but that never happens with the new one. The quality is top notch.


James: This flagpole impressed me right out of the box. I was looking for a tall enough pole to fly a flag on my truck while driving down the beach or tailgating. The larger diameter and thicker walls make this pole very sturdy. The threaded joint connecting the 2 pieces together is very long with plenty of threads to make a strong connection. I mounted 2 poles to my truck bed with 6' of pole sticking out of the holder, flying 3'x5' polyester flags and gave it a good test at 60 mph. I carefully inspected the poles afterwards and could not find any cracking. The heavy duty shrink wrap that is supplied is thick enough to provide excellent protection against wear marks and damage from the metal holder I am using. I tried wrapping the flags around the poles to see if the hardware worked well enough to unwrap the flags. One flag unwrapped with no problem by the time I hit 10 or 15 mph. I moved the connector a small amount to loosen the tension on the 2nd flag and now they both fly perfectly.
cory skaggs: I was nervous that the product was on going to arrive on time. I was wrong it arrived a couple days ahead of time. The poles are sturdy, although I'm not driving over 30mph with them on. Very hard to find a flagpole that isn’t made to go into the ground.
